All the above information is necessary for the fulfilling the aim of the Aarogya Setu apps, as the government of India have been told.
But the opposition parties and some legal experts opposed the App as they express their concerns regarding the miss use of personal data of individuals sharing in this app.
For this purpose, they demand an appropriate constitutional law.

for this purpose the Ministry of Electronics and information, the government of India issued a data-sharing and knowledge-sharing protocol for the Aarogya
The Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology issue some guidelines for sharing such data with government agencies and third parties.
before the issue of this protocol, the only legal shield around the mechanism was the app’s privacy policy. This was necessary as India’s personal data protection bill is under the process of being approved by Parliament.

I think as a citizen of India we should DOWNLOAD THE AAROGYA SETU APP for saving us and our country from Covid19. If some things we have to sacrifices it has no matter.
